Yes, local collection is always free! You can arrange a convenient pickup time in Chislehurst village. Select 'Local Pickup' at checkout and reply to your order confirmation email to coordinate a meeting time.

Every card undergoes a meticulous manual inspection. If a card's grade slips below Near Mint during dispatch prep, we halt the order, send you clear photos of the card, and offer a discount or a full refund so there are no surprises.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 working days. High-value orders (£50+) are shipped with mandatory Special Delivery insurance to guarantee protection against loss or damage in transit.

You can submit single cards using our 'Sell To Us' tool. We offer 60% of market value in cash (via bank transfer or PayPal) or 80% of market value in Glitch Guild store credit. Packages must be sorted in invoice order to avoid processing delays.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy. Any card determined to be counterfeit, proxy, or altered will be immediately confiscated and destroyed to protect the secondary market. No payout will be issued, and associated user accounts will be permanently banned.
