Shipping & Returns Policy

Our transparent, collector-first guidelines on order dispatch, secure packaging, tiered delivery services, and returns criteria.

Section 01

Order Dispatch

How we process orders before shipping them out.

1 to 2 Working Days Dispatch

All single card and sealed product orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 working days of payment clearance. We work quickly to get your products on the way.

Weekend & Holiday Cut-offs

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed and prepared for shipping on the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Security

To ensure the safe delivery of your purchases, we operate a tiered shipping system based on order value. This ensures high-value items are fully protected in transit.

Section 03

Packaging Standards

Armour-grade packaging designed by collectors, for collectors.

We are collectors as well as retailers, and we despise damaged mail. Every card is prepared with the utmost care to ensure it arrives at your door in the exact condition it left our shelves:

  • Triple Protection

    Sleeved in a penny sleeve, inserted in a rigid toploader or semi-rigid holder.

  • Secure Team Bags

    High-value single orders are grouped inside team bags to prevent slipping or rubbing.

  • Board-Backed Mailers

    Dispatched in rigid board-backed envelopes or secure bubble mailers to avoid any structural bending in transit.


Section 04

Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. However, due to the volatile nature of the trading card market and our strict grading standards, all returns are subject to the following conditions:

Condition Requirement

Single cards must be returned in the exact condition they were dispatched. Any card that has been played, mishandled, or damaged by the buyer will not be eligible for a refund.

Sealed Products

Booster boxes, packs, and decks must remain strictly factory-sealed. We cannot accept returns on any sealed product if the shrink wrap or manufacturer seals have been altered, torn, or removed.

Tamper-Evident Seals

High-value single cards are dispatched in sealed, tamper-evident sleeves. If the seal on this sleeve is broken, tampered with, or removed, the return will be rejected. This prevents card swapping.

Tamper sleeves warning:Our tamper-evident sleeve policy is strictly enforced. Any returns of high-value cards with broken or missing security seals will be automatically rejected. This prevents card swapping and protects the integrity of our inventory.


Section 05

Processing a Return

The exact steps to follow to request a refund.

  1. Step 1: Initiation

    Contact us at hello@glitchguild.co.uk with your order number and detail which items you wish to return.

  2. Step 2: Return Postage

    Pack the items securely. Unless the item received was damaged in transit or fundamentally not as described, you are responsible for return postage costs. We strongly recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund lost packages.

  3. Step 3: Audit & Refund

    Upon receipt, all items undergo a strict condition inspection. Once approved, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days.
